Peking Duck
The traditional Duck Menu which consists a consomé with fine duck strips, crispy slices of duck, which goes with thin steamed "bread", served with Hoi Sin sauce and fine cut cucumber and leeks as appetizer. As for the main course, we serve the duck meat in 2 different style... a savoury spicy and a sweet and sour.
